Highly recommend the professionals at Belle Skylights for the recent install of VELUX and Blinds and plaster shaft, it has completely transformed our living room.They provided us with expert advice, we had a few quotes and it was the best price no wonder they are the number 1 skylight business in the area, we were recommended by friends who also had 5 star experience. The whole experience with Belle Skylight’s Mornington starting from initial contact, quotation process, confirmation of installation date, deposit payment and installation was exceptional.I did a lot of research on similar products, comparing pricing, thermal performance, light transmission, energy rating, materials etc etc.. Only one product on stood out in all categories - Solatube DS.Marginally more cost than the others, however, the old saying stands true - You pay for what you get. So was more than happy to pay for the superior product.Belle Skylight were the only skylight company that came out to do a physical inspection before providing a quotation. They came out to ensure it could be installed where we wanted in each of the rooms. They physically climbed into the roof space and on the roof and then explained to us what could be installed, where the external dome would be facing on our roof. The other skylight companies would not come out for an inspection and only asked questions over the phone. I did not feel comfortable with this approach as it only relies on the info provided by the client and there’s no way of knowing what restrictions may be waiting to be discovered in the roof space on the day of installation. I felt this could lead to findings on the day of installation and leave us with an undesirable result.Belle Skylight’s in Mornington provided an outstanding customer service. We went to their show room and physically seen the real installation of the Solatube we were interested in. Other brands have their show room's with displays illuminated by an electric light. At their Mornington showroom, we seen the real item with natural light, a true representation.Jo spent time with us explaining and showing us the types of skylight options available. We thank her for her time and patience with all our queries and various changes we made and providing quotation after quotation in accordance with our changing requirements. Her customer service was great all the way through. She provided great professional customer service.Jordon & Scott who often answered the phone when Jo was busy assisted with our queries and followed up in getting back to us with technical queries regarding the product.Michael & Mason, the two installers. They came on time, offered to take their shoes off before entering. They brought their own drop sheets and put them down to provide proper full protection. At the end they cleaned up and there was not a spec of plaster dust anywhere to be found - Simply outstanding. Full points to these two gentlemen. We have had a few trades’ work on our house who left us pulling our hair out after they left. Michael and Mason were brilliant from start to end and always conscientious.I Highly recommend the product Solatube and the service from the team at Belle Skylights in Mornington. Never thought a simple skylight installation would make the wife and I so happy.Great Service and work from the Mornington Belle Skylight Team – Will highly recommend them to others.

Belle skylights Mornington were fantastic from the moment we contacted them. They rang to arrange quote, arrived on time and thoroughly checked out the best options for us. We had two Velux skylights installed and couldn't be happier. Our room now has lots of light . They even left the scaffolding for an extra few days until our painting was complete.
