250mm Flat Tray Flashing (No Pitch)

Our 250mm No Pitch Flashing is designed to be installed over the tray or over flashing, creating a reliable seal between the top of the tray sheet and the bottom of the no-pitch flashing.

This is most commonly flashing used on over flashing (or tray flashing). This process involves laying a flat sheet from the ridge cap down to the roof penetration to effectively direct water away.

Over flashing is generally used with our product on all clip-lock roofs at any pitch or trim deck roofs with a pitch under 10° (if the trim deck pitch is above 10°, please see our 250mm Trim deck flashing).

Due to Solatube Australia’s unique tailored flashings, it is rare that over flashing (or tray flashing) is required on pitches over 10°. Generally, only required on Klip lock roofs our 250mm Pitch Flashing is designed to be installed over the tray or over flashing, creating a reliable seal between the top of the tray sheet and the bottom of the pitch flashing over 10°.

If you roof sheet is under 10° we recommend using the No Pitched Flashing.

This product can also be use on Asphalt shingles – while commonly found in the USA it is occasionally found in Australian construction
