The Soft View Thin Line Diffuser is a genuine Solatube ceiling fixture designed for 290DS Brighten Up® Series skylights. With a profile up to 70% thinner than previous-generation diffusers, its ultra-slim design sits discreetly against the ceiling for a clean, architectural finish.

Featuring advanced DaylightShaping™ lens technology, the Soft View provides soft, evenly spread ambient illumination across the room. Its contemporary frost-like appearance helps control glare while allowing subtle patterns of natural daylight to remain visible, combining visual comfort with a dynamic connection to the outdoors.

We deliver Australia-wide using a combination of local Solatube dealers and our national distribution network.
Depending on your location and the products selected:
  • Your order may be fulfilled by your local Solatube Premier Dealer, or
  • Shipped directly from Solatube Australia

Delivery timeframes
Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, typical delivery times are:
  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
  • NSW / VIC / ACT / QLD / SA Metro: 2–3 business days
  • WA / NT / TAS Metro: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: Please allow an additional 2 business days

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: We comply with Australian Consumer Law

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Eligible for refund or replacement
  • Change of mind: Return within 7 days, unopened, original packaging. 10% restocking fee applies
  • Custom products (e.g flashings): Non-refundable unless faulty
  • Return freight: Customer’s responsibility unless item is faulty
