Enviromax Single Cap Roof Ventilation System

Improve airflow through your roof cavity with the Enviromax Single Cap Roof Ventilation System. Designed for Australian homes, it helps release trapped heat and moisture from the roof space, reducing the conditions that can contribute to moisture-damaged insulation, mould and fungal decay.

Unlike traditional wind-driven roof vents, the motorised Enviromax Single Cap operates without relying on wind, providing dependable roof-space ventilation when it is needed. An optional thermostat can automatically activate the system based on the temperature inside the roof cavity.

Please note: This product is designed to ventilate the roof cavity. For extracting steam, moisture or odours directly from bathrooms, kitchens and other internal rooms, choose an Enviromax model with ducted room ventilation.
