How it works

The powered fan draws hot, moisture-laden air from the roof cavity and exhausts it through the double-cap roof ventilator. The thermostat automatically controls operation according to the temperature inside the roof space, providing ventilation when it is needed.

For effective performance, the roof cavity must have adequate intake ventilation through eaves, soffit or other appropriately positioned vents.
