Customer Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is available for a limited time through participating Solatube Premier Dealers.
2. With the purchase of each eligible Solatube 160DS or 290DS Daylighting System, the residential
   customer may choose one of the following promotional offers:
   • 50% off one eligible Solatube Dimmer Accessory; OR
   • One eligible Solatube Night Light FREE.
3. Only one promotional option is available per eligible 160DS or 290DS system purchased. The Half
   Price Dimmer and Free Night Light offers cannot both be claimed against the same system.
4. The promotion applies to purchases made by residential end customers only through participating
   Solatube Premier Dealers.
5. The promotion is not available for builders, contractors, developers, commercial projects, trade
   customers or wholesale purchases.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Solatube promotion, discount, special offer or
   promotional pricing, unless expressly approved by Solatube Australia.
7. The promotional product must be purchased or supplied as part of the same eligible customer transaction.
8. The offer is subject to product availability. No cash, credit or alternative product will be provided in place
   of the promotional offer.
9. If an eligible Solatube Daylighting System is returned or the associated order is cancelled, the promotional
   product or discount may also be required to be returned or reimbursed.
10. Solatube Australia reserves the right to verify eligibility and to vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion where
    reasonably necessary.
11. Standard Solatube product warranties and participating Premier Dealer terms of sale continue to apply.
